yankees forget there is a game today

it's the 6th inning of game 2 of the ALDS and apparently no one told the Yankees hitters that there was a game today.

Start hitting and for fucks sake, stop complaining about the low left side strike...he's been calling it all day.

Update - 5:16 p.m. - I really, really hope that the only manager who wears cleats defensive moves backfire. Nothing I love seeing more than overrated, old, entitled managers fail.

Update - 5:32 p.m. - Well, playoff Joe Girardi is back. Pinch hit for a lefty, with a lefty, against a guy who shuts down lefties. In the process he takes out his best base stealer and arguably the best defensive left fielder in the game. Nice at bat by the way Chavez.

Update - 5:36 p.m. - HE HAS BEEN CALLING IT ALL DAY JETER.

Update - 6:16 p.m. - Lifeless performance out of the Yanks today. 4 run deficit against a closer that hasn't blown a save all year...this should be fun. I really don't want to see this idiot re-enact the first time he got laid today.
